Apex Middle will be celebrating Veteran's Day this year with a special flag raising on Tuesday, November 10 at 7:45 in the courtyard.  We will have a Marine to come and raise the flag and we will have music by our chorus and band.  We will issue a personal invitation to our students who have parents or siblings currently serving in the military.  We will also recognize AMS staff members who are veterans.  Come and join us for this special celebration.

PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE:  NOVEMBER 3, 2009

Good evening!  This is Dr. Hedrick, your principal at Apex Middle School, with a timely message. 

 

The PTA meets tomorrow night at 6:30 in the Media Center.  All parents and teachers are welcome, and you can join our PTA at the meeting. 

Wednesday is a big day:

  • In the morning we have Cougar Coffee for parents at 8:30—please come by if you just want to chat!
  • Our Football team is hosting West Lake—come out and support  the team! 

On Thursday our soccer and volleyball teams play at West Lake—go, Cougars! 

Students, don’t forget to give your parents your Ident-a-Kid packets! That’s all—have a wonderful evening!

September 30, 2008 - There’s a new generation of electronic communication tools provided by the Communications Department of the Wake County Public School System. The new system will streamline and simplify the ability to receive e-newsletters and emergency notifications emails with a new Subscription Manager.
