Fall Fundraiser
Begins
Kick-off presentations to the students will be made in the
gym. Students will receive packets during homeroom. Please make sure to write their name and their teacher's name on the packet and on all order forms and student envelopes.

Order Taking Period
Extra brochures and order forms are available at the office.

PARTICIPATION
NOTE |
When students report that they have
sold at least one item, the teacher will issue a wristband.
The wristband will have an ID number. Each student will
only receive ONE WRISTBAND, regardless of the number of items
sold, so please help your student keep track of it.

MONDAY
SEPTEMBER 18
|
Order Forms and Money Due
Teachers will collect order forms and money today. Please
help your student seal the envelopes that he/she is turning
in.
The PTA would love to have help
counting the orders and money on 9/18, 9/19, and 9/20. Please
print out the volunteer form
(http://apexms.wcpss.net/PTA/ptavolfrm.htm) and
turn it in to your child's homeroom teacher if you can help!

TUESDAY
OCTOBER 17 |
Product Distribution
Products will be distributed in homeroom and after school for large orders.
Most items will be sent home with the students; however, large
orders need to be picked up by parents in the cafeteria -
they will be available until 6:00 pm.

Awards Day
Award certificates will be given out in homeroom, and there will be an event
for the students in the gym. |
