School Supply Lists

Below you will find a GENERIC listing of school supplies. Some Teams and/or teachers may require other SPECIFIC items. During 6th Grade Orientation and 7th & 8th grade Meet the Teacher, you will be able to buy student planners, Cougar Spirit Wear, Cougar Athletic Passes, and PE T-shirts. Thank you.

 

6th GRADE

Letters will be mailed with more information before August 22nd.

BASIC SUPPLIES:

  • Three-ring pencil pouch
  • Three boxes of tissues for homeroom
  • Colored pencils
  • 3-4 glue sticks
  • Seveal packages of loose-leaf paper
  • Binders to organize as follows (you choose the system that works best for you):

*One 3-inch binder with dividers (for all core subjects) OR...

* Two 2-inch binders with dividers (one for morning, one for afternoon)

  • Several #2 pencils (or mechanical pencils--your choice)
  • One eraser
  • Several blue or black ink pens
  • Several highlighters (you choose the colors!)
  • One package of small sticky notes (to tab reading books)
  • One box of small envelopes (to set up research folder, store index cards)
  • One package of sheet protectors
  • 1-Three subject spiral notebook for math
  • 1-One subject spiral notebook for math
  • Ruler
  • Protractor
  • Compass
  • Three folders (3-prong with pockets) as follows: Yellow for math, Blue for research, Red for social studies

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES NEEDED ONCE SCHOOL BEGINS:

  • School planner/agenda ($5 estimate)
  • Vocabulary book ($10 estimate)
  • Reading books ($12 estimate)

It may be a good idea to wait on some of the items listed above until your child receives his/her schedule and meets the team in August at '6th Grade Orientation' on Friday, August 22 @ 8am for A-M last names or 1pm N-Z last names.

7th GRADE
